Pajaritx

Soy Pajaritx, artista urbano afincado en Madrid. Trabajo con pintura, vídeo, música e intervenciones, pero no me interesa encerrarme en una sola disciplina. Muchas veces parto de cosas que veo, pienso o me incomodan y las llevo a una imagen, una frase o una acción. Me gusta sacar el arte de donde se supone que tiene que estar, mezclarlo con la calle y jugar con la forma en la que la gente lo percibe. No intento explicar demasiado mis obras. Prefiero que cada uno encuentre algo distinto en ellas.

I’m Pajaritx, an urban artist based in Madrid. I work with painting, video, music and interventions, but I’m not interested in limiting myself to a single discipline. A lot of my work starts with things I see, think about or feel uncomfortable with, and I turn them into an image, a phrase or an action. I like taking art out of the places where it is supposed to exist, bringing it into the street and playing with the way people perceive it. I don’t try to explain my work too much. I prefer each person to find something different in it.
